Founded by artist Christine Blankenship, Studio Xine (pronounced Christ-ine) was created to reimagine contemporary art as an everyday experience — one that invites reflection, beauty, and meaning into the spaces we inhabit.
Christine works in mixed media and photography, blending the line between form and expression. Her work evokes the intimacy of something familiar yet unexplained. Her paintings and photographs offer simple yet sophisticated renderings of things both recognizable and imagined.
Christine received her Master of Fine Arts degree from The School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. She is a native Texan and lives and works in Spring Branch, Texas with her husband and their two children.
About the Artist
Studio Xine was built on the belief that art should belong — not just to a wall, but to the rhythm of a space and the life within it.
Every artwork is approached with intention: color that speaks, forms that evoke, composition that breathes. The result is art that feels both modern and timeless, serene yet alive. Turning walls into experiences that inspire.
The Philosophy
The Experience
Through original works, limited editions, commissions, and collaborations, Christine brings the language of color and form to life for collectors, designers, and brands who believe in the power of intentional beauty.
Whether it’s a single painting that transforms a room, or a curated collection that defines an entire space, Studio Xine is about more than art — it’s about creating a feeling you’ll want to return to again and again.
